Mindfully picked and distilled in the remote forests of Quebec, this is a wonderful evergreen, great for all kinds of coniferous uses. Steam distilled from the needles and twigs.

All our evergreens are good for inner strength and can help with questions involving which path to take in life. The sweetness of the needles combined with the sturdiness and strength of the trunks and branches all exhibit a quiet strength. Spruce is good for sitting in that quiet place inside, and making it one's home. Spruces are like martial arts.

There is a lack of clinical data for the therapeutic use of spruce oils in aromatherapy but goes on to quote Schnaubelt and Holmes. Black spruce is considered to be more stimulating and ananglesic than the other spruces.
