Coconut Co2 is a clean and aprkling coconut scent, which may be as good as a flavor, also. Excellent and a must-have for perfumers, too. With florals, it can be evocative of far away islands.

This is a mouthwatering CO2 extraction, clean and rich. It’s suitable for use as a flavor, naturally. And the scent is very true, warm, rich, creamy, buttery and tenacious. This is basically a clean three-step concentration of delta-lactones to bring out the warmth and strength of the characteristic coconut scent.
Our coconut, being a clean CO2 extraction, is liquid, and clear.
CO2 means no high temperatures, meaning more aromatic constituents are left, a shorter extraction time, meaning the same, and no hexane or toluene or any other solvent added.
Arctander recommends blending it with florals such as jasmine, lily, lilac, ylang ylang, and gardenia. Also with ambrette seed, clove bud, cognac, neroli, sweet orange, cinnamon, etc.
Although he doesn’t recommend the absolute for flavors, we can say the CO2 would likely be a very nice addition to a gustatory blend.
