We had a lucky find this morning. It’s rose harvest soon enough and we are waiting for the new 2025 Balkan rose ottos but the season is still a ways off-in May. Yesterday we realized we had another beautiful rose Otto, named for the rainbow, and shall we say, with great pride! We had originally ordered this rose to take the place of our beloved rose gallica; whose distillery in Georgia disappeared. This rainbow rose was grown and distilled in Georgia. She’s gorgeous! And she showed up for us just as we needed her! She smells beautiful, rosy and sweet opulent floral majesty a rainbow of notes, if we can carry the name a bit further.
