Respiratory Relief

All synergistic blends start at 5 ml.

This is a really old blend from 1997 I think--I originally made it for the deep chest colds I was prone to, and all the bronchial coughing that followed.

The oils in this blend are known to benefit the respiratory system: spike lavender, anise, tea tree, helichrysum, spruce and ammi visnaga. Contains no eucalyptus. Will not interfere with homeopathic remedies.This oil is best used in a steam inhalation.

We created our first essential oil blends in 1996, and are proud so many have stood the test of time. Please note that we are not diagnosing or treating any diseases. We highly recommend any of the excellent books available on essential oil research, if this interests you. These blends are mainly for use in a diffuser or nebulizer, or a drop between the palms during meditation or yoga practice or to spark your creativity.

Safety Information

As with most essential oils, dilute before using on skin. Perform a patch test before use if essential oil sensitivity is suspected. Do not take essential oils internally. Do not use on children or pets. Seek advice from a trained aromatherapist before using on people with compromised immune systems. Keep away from eyes and mucus membranes.
