Down a trail

Poem by Nick Krakana

Were the cedars grow tall
Were life's the simplest of all
And the sun cast's it's energy on all

Dog and I find time in there
With the smell of cedar in the air
To sit down and think

To a Cedar

Poem by Carol Mays

I had nearly forgotten who I was
Until I sensed your easy strength
and heard the timelessness
of your years;
Until I caught the sparkle
of your lacy light
and showered
in your fragrance
Until I recognized your verdancy
jumping the primal circuit.

Let’s go to Arctander:

The color can vary from yellowish to orange-yellow to deep amber, viscous and occasionally turbid. The odor is slightly camphoraceous-cresylic with a sweet and tenacious, woody undertone, reminiscent of cassie and mimosa, but without the floral depth. The odor characteristics vary. The best oil is from the heartwood, naturally.

In perfumery, Atlas Cedar is used as a fixative and for it’s unique odor that blends well with labdanum and all the woody and woody-floral types of perfume materials.

True Cedar

If you've never smelt true Atlas Cedar oil before you might not know what to look for. This oil has a syrupy-ness to it and a deep, powdery woodsy scent. It's very rare to find REAL atlas cedar oil and especially at such a good price. I use it in one of my best selling products so I use a lot! My first time using this company's version and I am switching permanently to this. It is very high grade, super effective and fun because it's so well priced. Amazing in the bath!
