One of our most-loved blends, Amber is a category of fragrance, usually composed largely of base and oriental notes. There are many variations of Amber that one may find in India as well as in the Middle East. Many people confuse this type of fragrance with oil distilled from the pulverized semi-precious fossilized resin. This is not from the Amber gemstone. Our Amber is a combination of ten essential oils such as: Benzoin, Cistus, Oak Moss, Opoponox, Peru Balsam, Clove and others.

I ordered this to blend with some other essential oils to make an after-shower oil, but the scent is so complex and alluring on its own—sweet, spicy, warm, balsamic—that I may just dilute it in a carrier oil and let the scent shine solo.
